    Over charged as if it's not expensive enough but I thought to treat my family this morning. All were in the wrong cups, didn't ask for name. Customer were trying to figure out what belongs to who. Other employees were chatting up with customer as that was irrelevant to job. Just chaos this morning.

    I was waiting for a prescription & decided to get a coffee at the Kroger-Frisco Starbucks. Coffee was good; sat down at tables waiting for my coffee (my 1st time there) & didn't know I had to go back up to pick it up myself! When I ordered the Coffee WITH cream & sugar, Barista did NOT tell me it was aroubd the corner for my own preparation!....He simply stated my coffee will be ready in a few minutes!!! I felt stupid. But seating area was nice; except mostly employees were at them!?! I was there for half hour...& they were there BEFORE & when I left!?!
